Layla Keane

My name is Layla Keane, and I am a fully qualified and certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist (ESMT) based in the East of England. I will be covering parts of Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire offering my services to horses. Upon request, we can provide qualification certificates and insurance documents.

Ever since I was young I have had a great interest in horses which led me to want to study them. As soon as I finished school, I enrolled in an equine course at college, which included all aspects of equine management leading me to wanting to pursue a career in the equine industry. As a result of completing my college course, I knew I wanted to work in the equine industry. Therefore, I chose the module that I enjoyed most at college, which was rehabilitation, for my career path. Over the last ten years, I have worked with a variety of horses from racehorses to competition horses to leisure horses, both on the ground and ridden. Working in various areas of the equine industry has provided me with a wide range of experience, establishing a strong foundation for my work, especially when it comes to caring for and treating your horses.

In my current job at NEH, it provides me with the opportunity to observe first-hand horse cases and how equine therapy may be of benefit to those horses. Equine therapy is an essential component of supporting your horse's general well-being. Although I am now qualified as an ESMT I am still eager to enhance my knowledge, qualifications, and services in the future. Be sure to look out for this and I look forward to treating and helping your four-legged friends.
